I have learned a lot from them because they approached me honestly and with ease. There were hard and healing discussions which, despite the questions and differences, provided deep trust.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Based on this trust, I could encourage younger folks to keep at it, not to give up. Healthy community between young and old is an important key for strength and profound continuity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Besides, the community of generations is God\u2019s idea and life concept.
