His bins were too small so he decided to build bigger, larger ones. He thought that he could enjoy life and wouldn\u2019t have to worry anymore. How wrong he was! God told him: \u201cYou fool, you will die today. What is then left of your riches?\u201d Everyone who gathers riches on earth but stands in front of God empty handed will encounter this.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Then he said to them, \u2018Watch out! Be on your guard against all kinds of greed; life does not consist in an abundance of possessions.\u2019<\/p><cite>Luke 12:15<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Jesus told this analogy as he was asked for advice in an inheritance matter. He portrays to his listeners how little material things count compared to the everlasting ones. What\u2019s important on earth is totally different in God\u2019s eyes.
