Every so often a sheep was bleating and that was it. But, what was that\u2026 Angels sang and talked about the savior that was born. Supposedly he is in a barn and they should go there and have a look! Now the mood shifted among the shepherds. They were awake and their adrenalin level was high. Fantastic such news in the middle of the night! Even the depressed shepherds felt warmth inside! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What are you excited about when it comes to Christmas?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>And the angel said to them, \u201cFear not, for behold, I bring you good news of great joy that will be for all the people. For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Savior, who is Christ the Lord. And this will be a sign for you: you will find a baby wrapped in swaddling cloths and lying in a manger.\u201d And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God and saying, \u201cGlory to God in the highest, and on earth peace among those with whom he is pleased!\u201d<\/p>\n<cite><em><em><em><em>Luke 2:10-14<\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/cite><\/blockquote>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Rather bored they sat around the fire and stared into the dark.
