Maybe you had the feeling that you could have said something, but you weren\u2019t sure how to best express it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Encouragement can change a person\u2019s outlook. It can lead someone out of a dark place or give someone hope and determination to keep going in the midst of difficult times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Think of a time when you were going through a difficult phase and someone encouraged you. The words or deeds of this person made a difference and helped you to persevere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em><em><em><em><em><em><em><em>\u00a0\u201cTherefore encourage one another and build each other up.\u201d<\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/p>\n<cite><em><em><em><em><em><em><em><em><em>1 Thessalonians 5:11a<\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Who can you encourage today? Maybe it\u2019s someone who is going through a hard time or who needs to be reminded that he or she is important to others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Or do you yourself need encouragement? Don\u2019t hesitate to reach out to us.
