As a child, I couldn’t really understand the point of brushing my teeth. My parents had to keep reminding me. It wasn’t until years later that I realised how important it is, namely to avoid expensive dental treatment – a real change of perspective!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It’s similar when it comes to Sunday, a weekly day of rest that is often seen as outdated today. In Judaism, the Sabbath is celebrated as a weekly holiday, and for Christians, Sunday can take on this role. Sunday is a gift from God so that we can rest and rejoice in what we have achieved during the week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is not just a rule, but a valuable gift that gives us strength and refreshes our soul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Consciously take time for this day of rest and think about how you can organise it to really calm down and recharge your batteries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n
