I&#8217;m tired and exhausted. I flop down on the couch. I have little energy. Everyday life is a challenge at the moment and when I do have time, I find it hard to settle.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>100 thoughts are racing through my head. Work, family, conflicts, pending matters&#8230; and I should have tidied up my apartment a long time ago.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When I&#8217;m caught up in the whirlwind of my thoughts and tasks, it helps me to turn my focus to God. In God, I find a counterpart who loves me and accepts me. With him, I can be real and authentic. This helps me to reorganize my thoughts and priorities. With God, I experience what is described here in the book of Isaiah:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em><em><em><em><em><em><em><em>But those who hope in the Lord receive new strength; they grow wings like eagles.
