In 1927, Russian biologist Ilya Ivanovich Ivanov began an attempt to inseminate chimpanzees with human sperm and vice versa. The \u201cexperiment\u201d failed miserably, but the myth was born. – Without regard for the creator\u2019s copyright, people continue undeterred to \u201ctinker\u201d with our genetic material. This raises profound ethical questions. \u2013 Who has such a strong interest in conducting and financing such costly \u201cexperiments,\u201d and why? <\/p>\n\n
Why has \u201ctinkering\u201d with the original become socially acceptable? Are we still on this \u201ckick\u201d of trying to prove to the Creator\u2014by \u201ctinkering\u201d with His inventions\u2014that He doesn\u2019t even exist? We want to create life ourselves and act as if we can. We want to be like God, just like the first humans! God knows that our deepest needs can truly be met only through His Holy Spirit. His Son, Jesus Christ, gave everything for us. Only through Him can we experience life in abundance. <\/p>\n\n
\nWhoever has the Son of God has life. But whoever does not have the Son does not have life there either <\/em>not his life <\/strong><\/p>\n1 John 5:12<\/em><\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n
Why don’t we sincerely ask the One who knows the \u00a9 and the entire concept of our existence?<\/p>\n\n
