You have been looking forward to this vacation for a long time. You saved up and dreamt of it. With great excitement you start the trip. Just before you reach the destination, one of the tires blows up. With frustration, you install the spare tire. When you enter the vacation apartment, you find that it is different from what was shown online.
Your vacation-mood turns into frustration. What Anti-frustration agent do you use? Food, sports, communication, isolation… depending on the challenge and the severity, we need encouragement, another point of view, external help. It is important to dive into it so we do not compensate in an unhealthy way.

The Bible is like a mirror and helps us to find a healthy balance for all strategies that we use. The longer I live the more I am excited about what power the word of God has. In his presence, I can be who I am – fully. He made me the way I am and knows how he can help me specifically.
