It’s often those moments when we’re at full throttle, when our body and mental strength suddenly fail. Suddenly we buckle and the battery fails. – It can happen to anyone!
In a car, we bridge the gap quickly by cable, but in humans this process is time-consuming, individual and complex.
Draining the battery often begins with compensating for personal weaknesses with extreme performances. You could compare it to an unsuccessful balancing act on a tightrope.
Those who can say yes to their strengths and weaknesses are less at risk. Those who constantly put down deep roots in a healthy relationship with God can draw on them in difficult times.
Allow yourself to be supplied with God’s strength on a regular basis. This will give you peace in the midst of stress. The biblical Psalms are a practical treasure trove.
Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and the sea was no more.
Revelation 21:1
