The Recovery Effect Fades
14. April. 24

The weather is finally getting better, the temperatures are more pleasant, people are traveling again. All destinations are flooded with vacationers. Many have not filled the enormous void of the coronavirus period.

However expensive and long luxury holidays may be, they can’t really fill the gap. So how can our shortcomings be properly compensated for?

Jesus answered, “Everyone who drinks this water will be thirsty again, 14 but whoever drinks the water I give them will never thirst. Indeed, the water I give them will become in them a spring of water welling up to eternal life.”

John 4:13+14

Jesus encourages us to drink water from him. He wants to give us a drink of his words and thoughts, which change our thinking and lives and quench our unspeakable thirst for material things.

Tip: Start reading the Gospel of Mark and drink from it.
