I ran away from home and was working as a bar keeper in Italy. We drank regularly and did drugs. It was about 4 AM when a friend put a calendar into my hands. A young lady gave it to him today. He thought that it was rather my religion.
The next morning, after being a bit clearer in my head, I started to read. I discovered an envelope with the address of a small church in town. At the next opportunity, I went there. I was taken in with a lot of love and understanding for my problems.
Being the son of a pastor in Argentina, I turned my back to Jesus for eleven years and did drugs and alcohol. With the help of these people, I could leave that behind and I turned to Jesus again.
This son of mine was dead. And now he is alive again. He was lost. And now he is found.’ “So they began to celebrate.
Luke 15:24
Today, I am in Argentina, married and explaining to many people the way to God. I feel like the lost son who came back home.
