God gave you your face, you need to smile yourself! (Irish Saying). God gave us various talents. What we make out of them is on us. A person who smiles doesn’t have to be happy. Scientists found that the sucide rate tends to be the highest in “happy” countries.
The Clown Robin Williams took his own life which shocked a lot of people. The circus chaplain commented “He delighted many but had two faces. The deeply saddened face he hid from us.”

In John 4 the Bible talks about a fun-loving woman. Jesus offers her “water of life”. He brings light in the dark past and uncovers sin. The healing forgiveness is the source that changes this woman completely. Jesus’ offer of the water of life is for everyone. We simply need to receive and drink it!
“… but the water that I will give him will become in him a fountain of water springing up to eternal life.”
