How often do we seek to gain when praying. Unfortunately, with this attitude, we miss out on the best that God wants to give us. By praying regularly I bring my anger, my pride, my greed, my egoism, my envy, my jealousy, unclean thoughts, lies, impatience, desperation and discouragement to Jeus’ cross! In confessing and letting go, I gain new freedom.

I lost my fear from the demonic, invisible world that afflicted me often. The more I let go and put myself in the almighty God’s hand the more I feel his strong hand. Since I realize that it is not about my performance, my relationship with Jesus gains more dimension. He is my friend and meets me in prayer. He takes my burdens and liberates me.

And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people.
