Many people think of a father figure when they think of God. Therefore it isn’t surprising that there are many incomplete and strange thoughts about God out there. As a councillor, I have seen many dysfunctional family situations that have shocked me. How much more does it influence the children or partners of the affected! Will they be able to see the perfectly loving father in heaven in the right light and to trust him?

For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.

Jeremiah 29:11

The Lord has thoughts of peace, of future and of hope for all men. He has a plan tailored for us since he has created us. He is the answer to all lack in life. He fills the gap when we allow him to.
