Professional trainers tell us that a strong intention combined with a clear goal will bring a certain change. You make resolutions because something is going wrong. You want to change negative things into positive ones. How can you do that?
- You need a clear STOP for negative behaviour.
- You define new, measurable and reachable behaviour.
- You plant and practice small steps towards the new goal.
For example (beginning/end or day): “Thank you Lord for the strength that I receive from you to go through this day.” I get up! – In the evening be grateful for three experiences!
The more heartfelt and engaged you have these moments with God and build on them, the more your life and thinking will change. Assess after three months. If nothing happens, please write to us!
